Cancellation Policy

Certain products may be made available to you through subscription. This cancellation policy outlines the procedures for modifying or canceling these types of transactions.

Subscriptions

NiceRx Weight Loss Program is a monthly billed service. If approved for a prescription, you will be billed on around the same day every month and you will receive a continuous supply of medication on dates which will not necessarily correspond with the billing dates. You will only be billed if a prescription is approved by the doctor. The price includes the cost of the doctor’s consultation and GLP-1 medication. By continuing, I agree to the cancellation policy and authorize you to charge my payment method every month at the prices listed on this page.

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be billed on a monthly basis, on around the same day as your first billing. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term, but you can cancel the subscription if you no longer wish to continue with no less than 30 days’ notice. 

To make changes to or cancel your subscription, you can do so anytime by accessing the links provided in your order confirmation emails, or by sending us an email at [email protected]. Please note that all subscription orders are considered final and non-refundable, and returns are not accepted.
